4. Service Boundaries & Limitations

skillseval.ai provides all metrics and scoring profiles on an “as-is” layout strategy. While we maintain a strict focus on objective data intelligence, we make no explicit guarantees regarding candidate placement retention metrics, employment longevity outcomes, or complete system availability during backend updates.

5. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the absolute right to re-evaluate and modify these structural terms dynamically as compliance codes change. Continued use of the platform following modifications establishes legal consent to the updated framework.
